A real estate fund is a financial product where a professional investment manager gathers capital from numerous investors to establish a mutual fund which invests more than 50% of its assets into real estate, real estate-related rights, and real estate-related assets, and the resulting profits are distributed to the investors.

Lease Real Estate Fund

A product aimed at acquiring rental income during the holding period after purchasing commercial real estate (office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, logistics warehouses, etc.) and achieving capital gains from the increase in real estate asset value in the future.
